Review: Film review – A Lot Like Love (2005) – Yes, it’s another Hollywood churn movie and no, there’s not that much that’s original about it…but, somehow, “A Lot Like Love” works. I think its because the production values are just that little bit higher and I think there’s some good direction in there too. The two leads Ashton Kutcher and Amanda Peet work well together, Peet in particular seems to have a nice style and perhaps has been under used since.

The story is that two people meet each other on a flight and become members of the Mile High Club as a result. They part and then meet again some years later and part and then meet again and part and .. You get the idea.

If you liked “When Harry met Sally” you’ll like this. There’s some nice comedy touches and the romance is good. Classic chick flick.

Also: 10/10 for the trailer, one of the best I’ve seen.
